I wanted to thank the West Chicago Pomp's store for doing my tire work, I went to three different tire stores and non of them wanted to mount my specialty tires service and price were great.
I live in MO. Bought a ball hitch RV from my sister in WI. Set it up for the driver from the hauling company to stop at Pomp's on the way out of town and prepaid for 2 tires. Pomp's hustled to get the tires changed that morning. Driver left with the RV but returned 1.5 hours later as the RV had blown a tire (not one they had serviced) and the rim was bent. One or more roadside drivers kept pursuing my vehicle untill now he is finally driving my Chevy impala grey 4door in kalamazoo there is an illegal operations going on this was done to more than one of my vehicles.
They take care of business, reasonably. i have had them do my tires many times with no disappointments.
My daughter is a grad student at IU Bloomington. Her 2016 Kia Soul was towed to Pomp’s after being damaged as a result of hurting a curb after sliding on black ice. We live in Texas so we had to hope that the repair would be done correctly. The accident occurred on a Sunday night. By mid morning on Monday, she had the cost of repairs and by Wednesday the repairs were completed. The service was professional and well done. Worst possible service. Took over an hour to just repair a tire. Then charged $20.00. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Very nice building great employees they did a good job on my car and have in the past on a company truck for me. Idk what the other guy experienced but these guys are amazing.
Exceptional customer service! We limped into town on a flat tire and a prayer, and were so fortunate to find that Pomp's had the only tire in town that fit our car! We called before they were open and spoke with Gary (calls forwarded to him in Indianapolis until the shop in Crawfordsville opened) and he was able to tell us the Crawfordsville store had the size tire we needed. We contacted them about new tires for our forklift on a Friday. They were out Monday morning taking the old ones off and putting the new set on at our location. Had us back up and running in no time. The service technician was knowledgeable and polite as was the sales rep Randy that we spoke to on Friday. We would highly recommend them.
