We had a equipment loader with small tire blow. Bought a tube as a bandaid from another location because we knew they carried inventory and thought we would be able to mount. We could not. Drove to two shops close to job site and was told get in line for a 2 minute job. Drove the extra twenty minutes to pomps. They took care of mounting the tire to the rim no charge and won all my rubber business going forward.

Th shop supervisor is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the 2 guys working on my truck literally had little to no training whatsoever. I have been dealing with the Pomp's chain of tire stores for many years and have never been treated so poorly. I will continue to deal with the Pomp's chain of stores, but will never step foot in the Ft. Wayne location ever again. Would've given it a negative star if it were even possible. The supervisor needs to be replaced with someone that knows how to speak to customers and the 2 techs need to undergo extensive training.
