1 star. I spoke with PomPom Floral Design (Luisa) on April 14 to receive a quote for my wedding flowers and sent inspiration photos that day. After receiving no response, I followed up on April 20 and again on April 24. On April 27, I received an apology for the delay and was told my quote would be sent as soon as possible. I provided my email on April 29 and followed up again on May 4, but still never received the quote or response. I've had several arrangements designed by Luisa and her team at Pompom. Each time they manage to completely blow me away! This is a company of talented florists that make any occasion - from smaller social gatherings to full weddings and large events - incredibly special. Can't recommend them enough!
