He is knowledgeable and definitely get you to see fast results. He is flexible where he is ready and willing to work around your schedule in order to meet your needs. Russell is extremely professional and they way he builds a plan catered specifically for you is second to none. He will also set you up with a meal plan to help you reach you me goals. The gym is extremely clean nice comfortable space to work out. Highly recommend if you’re serious about getting into shape
