I picked up my vehicle today and I feel as though they went above and beyond what was expected of them. Not only do the repairs look great, they washed, waxed and vacuumed it. Holy Moly! Outstanding!
nope. Fixed body damage, wouldn't let my car go without a new control arm (I get it) but let me leave with no brakes. When I called them to find out why I had no brakes, I was told when they fixed my car they bled my brakes and the master cylinder must have gone and it wasnt covered under the claim so they didnt fix it. I had brakes when it went in.
Top quality work! Pompey Auto Body went above and beyond to make my vehicle look brand new again. Excellent paint and body work with friendly, fast, efficient service. I would highly recommend them to anyone! My Gieco agent Ken was excellent as well, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Haven't needed work in 20 years and WOW, awesome experience!!! First off not to go around getting estimates was a little freightning. I thought maybe I would end up paying more or something... but it was exactly like I was assured by oops,forgot his name,sorry . I left my car drove off in a zippy blue enterprise car, got a call a few hours later as to what the damage was and have a nice day we will call you when all done! You might as well take your car to a scrap yard if you plan on going to this place.
I wouldnt let this place touch my car again with a 10 foot pole. They cracked my windshield while working on the back of my car and then claimed that i did it in the half hour i had my car back. Im especially calling out that greedy bald bastard i delt with. There is a special place for you in hell
