Just had the most unpleasant experience from Chrissy in their office. I called inquiring about an estimate for a couple pieces of equipment. I told her I wasn't personally familiar with their company and had a few questions. This is for my elderly family member so I was looking for kindness and patience, which she failed to deliver. My furnace broke on a cold winter day, I called and Jim arrived quickly after. One replacement part, shipped express and installed the next day, and my furnace turned back on. Thanks Jim!
