Finding a reliable and trustworthy company to service our oil-fired hydronic boiler has been difficult to say the least. July 3rd, our outdoor a/c unit stopped cooling the house. My husband & I looked and found a critter's nest by the wiring with some chewed wires. I emailed Pompetti for service after the July 4th holiday weekend. I followed up with a call on Monday and was politely and quickly helped by the office staff saying a tech would be out later. Just had the most unpleasant experience from Chrissy in their office. I called inquiring about an estimate for a couple pieces of equipment. I told her I wasn't personally familiar with their company and had a few questions. This is for my elderly family member so I was looking for kindness and patience, which she failed to deliver.
