Pompa Plumbing replaced a water heater for me today. I could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend this company. Anthony , the technician, was outstanding.....did a wonderful job, pleasant, helpful, incredibly neat......just perfect. We called Pompeii's because we've been having a sewer gas smell when we turn on our a/c. We've had two HVAC companies out already and both have made clear it's not our furnace or a/c. We had a new sump pump installed the week this smell began. We called out the plumber who installed it and they said the smell was not related to plumbing. we knew it was sewer gas and wanted a second, unbiased opinion. I had a leaking gas line repaired along with some other issues the gas company needed fixed before they would turn my gas back on. They came out quickly and resolved the problem. Highly recommend Isaac Levert who was our plumber. The gas company had some follow up questions and he was great!
Both guys were great ! Fast and efficient!
We had a hot water heater that started leaking. Chris was quick to respond and I was able to fill him in on the situation so he was able to show up with all the parts and correct size water tank. He arrived at 8:30 pm and was done and walking out the door by 10:30. We are grateful for the after hours service.
