monday april 8 we celebrated my bday , it was a total of 10 people only 8eatng , one thing we disagreed on was , the waiter took her own tip from all of us, she wrote it down she not only took the 15%, but she took the 18%, the manager told us , it says on the menu, that we are able to take it, & she looked & didn't find it, she said its not on here anymore, well neighter was it last year when we were there for the same occasion, the point is when there's great service , we wont complain but the waiter was not giving her all... read more
la manager Gloria es una?persona muy grocera y a una de las meseras que nos atendió hoy, estábamos celebrando un cumpleaños y el servicio por parte de la mesera fue horrible y se cobro ella la propina poniéndose ella misma con su letra el tip de todas las que fuimos y sin consultarnos, después tratamos de decirle a la mánager y fue muy grocera e inclusive se atrevio a gritarle a una amiga que traía a su bebe y tuvo que irse después del maltrato hacia ella y su bb. It’s Always a Great experience when dining there. Excellent service. Many of the wait staff have been there as long as I remember. The food is absolutely delicious. The Best Italian food by far in San Antonio. Love it !!!
The food is great and the portions are enough to share (if you’re feeling generous). The service is always great too!
The food was delicious, service great. will be going back soon to try other menu items. btw, we didn't have time to dine in, so we ordered to go .. was packaged very well and just perfect! Just can't say enough good things about your restaurant.
