Vicky the receptionist is rude and not friendly at all. If your late and you have no control what happens on the freeway yet being 20 minutes late is unacceptable. For whatever reason she takes it personal. When I tried to explain she gave me attitude and not friendly at all. Why do you work in a doctor's office if you want to be rude to people.
