Excelente servicio
I came to Pomona Urgent Care a few days ago because I had a really bad headache, stuffy nose, cough, and sore throat. The front desk staff was welcoming and checked me in quickly. The waiting room was also nice and clean, especially considering how many patients I saw coming in and out. The PA who treated me really knew his stuff. Don't care
My first time here. The receptionist welcomed me, which I thought was very nice! All the Staff was very professional and polite. The Doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable, professional and hands on. Very happy with my visit and will return if necessary when the needed. Thank you!
Don't ever come here. Went in for a possible broken bone and doctor Gutierrez didn't mark the form "stat" for xmas rays. Now I have to walk around for a week with no treatment and the lady on the phone said that its not urgent they need to see if its broken. Doctor said same day but guess he meant 10 days later. PLEASE AVOID for your own well being.
