My first time here. The receptionist welcomed me, which I thought was very nice! All the Staff was very professional and polite. The Doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable, professional and hands on. Very happy with my visit and will return if necessary when the needed. Thank you!
Don't ever come here. Went in for a possible broken bone and doctor Gutierrez didn't mark the form "stat" for xmas rays. Now I have to walk around for a week with no treatment and the lady on the phone said that its not urgent they need to see if its broken. Doctor said same day but guess he meant 10 days later. PLEASE AVOID for your own well being.
I have only good things to say about this urgent care. The staff is very friendly, new and clean facilities, they are always willing to help you in everything they can and solve everything in a timely manner. It seems that everyone enjoys working here because they always give you their best face. Doctors are patient, attentive and take the time to listen to you.
