It was 3.5 miles away and they told me they can come right away and it took 4 hours to come. It takes 20 minutes to replace the 4 batteries I provided and charge $ 260.00. The problem was because I lost my appointment and I have to redeliver the load the next day.
Worst place ever I called them 10 time they didn't get back to me each time I was calling they were asking for all the information and they were saying we will reach out to you it took 8 hours no one reach out to me ,I scared make sure it is not scammer cause each time i was calling they were asking for the information I already gave . Horrible experience
