nathan and his crew were really supportive, constantly in touch, always on time, and extremely proficient. Their pool cleaning knowledge is impressive and they work swiftly. They fixed our swimming pool quickly and kept us updated about all the necessary upkeep. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I've switched between various pool maintenance providers over the years, but since I started using Pomona Pool Repair & Replaster, I've seen a significant difference. My pool has never looked cleaner, and the water clarity is impressive. Most notably, Jaime, Nathan, and Duane have ensured there are no pressure issues from insufficient chemicals, which has been a great relief.

i sent a message to Jaime about an issue with our pool's chlorinator. he tried his best to assist me in troubleshooting the problem and then arranged for Nathan to come and fix it. nathan came out to repair our salt cell and he did an excellent job. he was knowledgeable, approachable, and punctual. The customer service provided by both Jaime and Nathan from Pomona Pool Repair & Replaster was outstanding!! they were professional and friendly throughout the process.

we use their pool service every week. Recently, duane, the owner, was nice enough to have a face-to-face meeting with our insurance adjuster about tree branches that fell into our pool. Also, we'd like to give a shout out to Jaime and nathan for always being so eager to help their customers in Pomona. great job, keep it up!!!

He then came over, identified the issue and worked on the repair. What impressed us was not just his expertise in pool care, but also his willingness to share his knowledge with us throughout the process.
