Safe, Friendly, and Clean Community – First of all, this park is on the border of Pomona and Walnut. This is great because it's near the new stores in Walnut and has some good influence from that direction. Some of the kids in this MH park go to Walnut schools, which is definitely a bonus. I lived here over 3 years. The neighbors have always been friendly and they look out for each other. This is not a trashy park like most of the others in the area. Pomona Islander – this park is not bad but not good. they have bad managers, meanie #1 yelled @ my friend because she was riding roller skates, he made my friend take off her skates and walk on a hot, sunny day, and she lives in the back of the park and we were in the front i would not freaken live her if i had a choice
