They were so welcoming and friendly. Super helpful too. I definitely recommend seeing Eduardo. I was able to understand things about my teeth that I didn’t even know and what I should be doing and how I could prevent things that my other dentist never told me about.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Pomona Dental Group, Dr. Eduardo Sandoval. My 90-year-old mother had an 8:00 AM appointment today. She was taken back and apparently had X-rays done, but after that...nothing! No dentist came in, no update was provided, and no staff member checked on her. She was left sitting there alone for 45 minutes. For an elderly patient, this level of neglect is completely unacceptable.
