The staff here are very nice.
Really poor service. They force customers to buy a service package. Then you go in for an oil change and they make you wait 3 hours. At least 2 other people came after me for an oil change and left before me. This happened twice now.
Wow! Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Impossible to get a human to pick up a phone, they don’t have functioning voicemail and when you leave a message with a human they never call you back. Then they want $250 to hook your vehicle up to a computer and read a fault code. I will never take my vehicle there again. Update: They conducted a state safety inspection and called me to report my left taillight was out (which is improbable on a 22 RAM). They wanted $250 to diagnose plus cost to repair.
