My brand-new 2026 Dodge Durango sat at this dealership for nearly three months for warranty maintenance. On multiple occasions, I was contacted and told the issue had been resolved, only to arrive and find the same problem still present, this happened four separate times. Loved the sales experience at Southern of NN. Best bunch of guys. Even the service department has been absolutely amazing! Just don’t ask financing to call you back, never got that call…

Got an oil change on 1/17/26 at 10:45am. At 5PM I was smelling oil from the hood. We popped it and found out that the cap was never placed back and oil had spit up onto the inside of the hood. Checked the oil stick and it was a little above a quart low.
