OMG…cannot express enough how grateful I am to Tammie for all her help and vision in combining my rings and those of my mother and grandmother and creating a beautiful set that includes 3 generations of love and memories. An amazingly beautiful job that exceeded my expectations ❤️ on both the rings and setting the marquis diamond in my pendant. Always treated like family and welcomed by Andre and staff. It’s these personal touches and welcoming experience that makes Pommier such a great place to do business with.
If you are going to deal with Pommier’s deal with Andre directly when you go there. Don’t deal with the manager Angie. She walks around that place with her nose stuck up so high. The manager treats certain employees like crap. There is a big reason the staff is always constantly rotating at the store. If you’re not as snotty as the manager you aren’t welcome there.
I drive all the way from Montreal just to shop here — that’s how good they are! This family-owned jewelry store truly goes above and beyond. The service is warm, genuine, and personal every single time. They take the time to listen and help me create exactly what I’m looking for, whether it’s a custom piece or something special from their collection.
