Price is higher than other Jewelry stores I’ve gone to but the customer service was great, not pushy and they listened to what I wanted. I’d like to see hours past 5:00 p.m. during the week because taking time off work to go to the Jewelry store is not something that appeals to me especially if you are hourly paid. Pommier Jewellers damaged my watch while changing the battery, and wanted to charge me hundreds for repair. Manufacturer did it for the cost of the battery, and informed me that the watchmaker didn;t reinstall an insulator. From the manufacturer: Good Day Pete, The issue was an insulator that sits under the battery was missing. This caused the watch battery to short out. I am surprised that the watchmaker missed it.
