Reached out to ask about getting my septic tank pumped. They got me scheduled quickly and the guys came right on time. They tried to find the tank but it was (unknown to all of us) buried deep. They got me in touch with a company who could dig it out. That company came the next day and then Pomerville's guys came immediately afterwards and got the tank all cleaned out. First time having the septic pumped since buying our home. Pablo came out and was excellent. He was quick and efficient. This is my first time with a septic system so I had a lot of questions. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me and pointed out everything as he was doing his work. Very pleased to get a service like this.
