Great job. We thought that we had uncovered the port as being the high point on our lawn but it was the distribution box. Pedro, I think that was his name, somehow found the emptying port across the lawn and by digging found the cement lid. We could see that we were lucky as tank was full. It was very educational as he explained what was going on. We will call them again in 5 years.
Jeff & his team were super responsive & extremely professional & kind. They really saved the day. Highly recommend.
Once again (our 3rd or 4th time) we hired Pomerville's Septic Services to pump out our septic systems at three (3) different homes. And once again, their crew was prompt, prepared for an unusual situation (the closest the truck could get was roughly 350-400 feet so extra hose was needed from a 2nd truck) and professional. We will continue to use Jeff and his team for as long as we depend on septic systems in our residences.
Jeff was very responsive, courteous, and professional. He pumped out both of my septic tanks within 24 hours of me contacting him. Highly recommend!!
