I have lived here for 3 years this company that's taken over mngmt has really cleaned up this complex! The mngr here gets things done in a professional manner we have in the past had to wait for days upon weeks to get things taken care of now things are addressed immediately! I am so much happier with this mngmt !

I have lived in Victorian Village since 2016 and this by far, is the most unprofessionally ran business I have ever experienced. The management staff is exceptionally rude, they do not answer phone calls or return voicemails and their attitudes are very inappropriate. I have had maintenance issue after issue and nothing is ever fixed; simply patched over. These issues range from the carpet being filthy when I moved in to my back door being kicked in March 2017 and the fact that they never repaired the door and its July 2018.... read more
Trinity definitely does not stand for the "Holy Trinity." Christ would not do to people like they do. They will not fix heat in zero degree weather, roaches and bedbugs run rampant. If you complain the so called "owner/manager" in Springdale, AR will say "If you don't like it, move." They rip people off by taking application money for apartments when there is no vacancies, even after posting a sign. They will then make the same person pay several times before they will rent. Trinity does not care about residence. I moved in their property and i have pictures to show how nothings being done. One neighbors ceiling in the living room is caving in. Another 3 neighbors bathrooms ceilings have caved in and are still leaking. My place is a mess. Trinity rarely has staff on site. It's luke they collect rent money and pay ppl for not being at work and they're happy. But we r sad and trying to keep a roof over our kids heads. We want better. Well, where to begin my husband and I moved to Lawrence, Ks 2yrs ago we was approved and given a date in which we was allowed to move in well we came on that date and the manager told us it wasn't ready and to come back three days later so we did and again they told us it wasn't ready and to come back three days later again so we agreed, and at this point my husbands school started one week from the second given date of allowed access to the apartment next time we show up at the given date and yet again they said it wasn't r... read more
