Very professional I have a HP laptop that I bought from EBay and the battery was faulty I asked Steve to replace for me and he did it in good timing and for a very fair price. I was not able to pick up my laptop on the original pick up time and Steve worked with my situation I am very impressed with the work he did and his professional he is I wouldn’t go to anyone else
