Was not at all satisfied with my visit. I missed my first, and had to reschedule due to unexpected vehicle issues. I am a homeschooling Mom, and a business owner, it slipped my mind to call and reschedule. I'm sure I'm not the only person that's happened to. When I walked in to my appointment to check in, the receptionist notified me that they were "just talking.." about me and were "wondering if I was going to miss again." --- what? Why? Have been going here since they re-opened. Me, my husband, and our 4 kids. Always listens to our concerns. Have always received excellent care. Takes into account our concerns about pharmaceuticals and often gives holistic options. The kids completely trust and love Deb! The nurses take their time. I have never felt ignored or rushed. Great little office.
Fiance was a patient. We are self pay and they agreed to a yearly plan. Calls in to make an appointment for yearly visit, and they denied him inhalers until he was seen which was a week away. So, his breathing concerns were not taken into consideration and hey refused him an inhaler. They just wanted their appointment cost and told my fiance he was rude when he CALMY expressed his concern to breath. Please, go elsewhere.
