I had a lovely experience at this store. I knew I wanted the Nudo collection in some sort of amethyst. I was on a layover and needed to shop quickly. Doriana understood this and quickly and professionally helped me select the item I came in for. They gave me some other options and I actually liked those more. They were honest with me about the setting I had originally chosen and created an enjoyable environment to get it right. I ended up leaving with a piece I love and I can’t wait to add to it. Very poor customer service. Staff was impatient and unhelpful.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I brought my ring in for a repair over three months ago, and I am still waiting for its return. While I understand that quality repairs take time, the complete lack of communication from the staff is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I have had to be the one constantly reaching out for updates, and even then, I rarely get a clear answer or a timeline.
