I have an issue with a facility that releases a teen that is physically abused by a stepfather and has tried to commit suicide several times back into that environment. And Pomegranate's solution for her was to sign a release form saying she won't try to kill herself again. She was only there for a few days after her last attempt. How can you teach bullying skills and that short time frame and expect it to be learned?
