I have gone to polzin for many years. When the elder polzin retired the son took over. Fine, but many of the service interactions with him were weird. By weird I mean he was very unsure and seemed to be out dated with dental techniques. The last straw that broke the camels back was when the office didn't properly take care of a pre-autherization for a crown. My family has been going to Polzin family dental all my life. These people are competent and most importantly honest. This practice is the best in the valley. In the era of corporate dental practices, Polzin family dental is a gem.
So kind so wonderful! My kids even enjoy going to the dentist!
Dr Ed helped our son twice in emergency situations (both which occurred after hours). He is a great guy and went above and beyond to help us and take care of our son, thank you!!
