I’ve worked at a lot of places but this has been the worst. Poor management, 1-3 day “training”, no sense of leadership, they allow poor performance people to stay and keep their jobs, they also expect you to hit rate even with so many variables to get a good part. Last thing; in a span of 3 months I went thru 2 supervisor so let this give you an idea on how this place is ran…
Slow production there is no training but if u get bed bugs from them they have a discount
