Scheduled an imaging procedure as advised by my primary care doctor. Pali Momi said they were booking way out and I made the appointment and waited patiently. The DAY BEFORE they call me and tell me they have to cancel the routine procedure because they didn't receive a prior authorization from my insurance. My insurance keeps telling me that no prior authorization is needed. My doctor's office says they tried to put in the authorization awhile back to satisfy this strange request, but that imaging department didn't provide ... read more

My spouse came for a test in 2016. Here is my experience as a bystander. There are 2 drive up entrances, one on Moanalua Road, the other on Pali Momi Street. We parked across the street near Toys R Us to avoid paying for parking. After the fact, we were told by another nurse that we could've gotten a parking pass at no charge. Oh well. I hate the Christopher Regala clinic. I had a 2:00 PM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. However, I wasn’t seen until 3:30 PM. Waiting for over an hour with no clear updates was frustrating and unprofessional. Timely service and better communication are essential for patient comfort and trust in your facility.
