Great community, good parks for kids to play
Wonderful neighborhood, but do not expect a response from the warranty department. INFURIATING. I'm livid with them and no one cares that I am. No one will call me to hear why I'm frustrated. They don't care about improving their customer service. They are completely ignoring me and I am a patient and understanding person. Update: Someone has called me and they sound like the sincerely care and want to find out why the ball was dropped so many times. Changing my rating from 1 star to 2.
