Commercial Office Units (Purchased 2020, Completion Dec 2025) We purchased two commercial office properties with Polygon in 2020 and fully paid by the completion date of December 15, 2025. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing due to the poor quality of work and lack of accountability: 1. No power infrastructure for months – There were no electricity cables installed until July 2025, and no hydro power meters for any units until October 2025. After less than two years living in polygon built property, Polygon At the Park in Coquitlam, our AC has been broken for months, and although it's still under warranty they keep ignoring my service requests and it's hasn't been fixed yet. Very disappointing customer service.
