I visited this florist after finding the one I usually go to had closed. The girls were very kind & helped me choose a gift to go with the flowers.. My niece loved it all & commented on how fresh the flowers were.. She sent me a photo & yes, they looked lovely.. Thanks girls…I will be back

I believe every customer should feel welcome, even if they are only visiting to look around. Interest in buying starts with feeling comfortable and attended to. Today I visited looking for a nursery and exploring my options. I drove all the way there and when I arrived, I found two ladies at the counter talking to each other. One of them greeted me, but neither asked if I needed help or assistance. The atmosphere felt very serious and not welcoming.
