Pris rendez-vous en personne Chemin Queen Mary pour un test, lorsque je me présente deux semaines plus tard: "erreur de système" on ne pourra vous recevoir votre rendez-vous n'est pas enregistré... Quand ça commence comme ça, ç'est pas très bon signe!

Attendre 1h30 avec rendez vous, payer 120$ pour finalement ne pas savoir si mon fils est légèrement sourde. On ne peut pas refaire le test, on peut pas se faire rembourser, rien. " Vous devez l'apporter a l'hôpital" ne perdez pas votre temps et argent avec eux

I called once and was told they do not offer hearing tests even though I was referred to by my ear nose & throat specialist, good thing I called back and got another person. I got an appointment for a few weeks later. My appointment was excellent, the specialist (Isabelle if I remember correctly) was very nice and took the time to explain to me the results. I was the first person of the day so no wait or hassle, just one form to complete.
