My experience at Polyclinique de l’Oreille on de Maisonneuve Downtown was very positive. My children and I had a very warm welcome by Isabelle and Amélie at the reception. The audiologist Sara Bélanger was excellent with my 5yr old daughter. During the examination she was calm, reassuring, and had encouraging facial expressions when my daughter was in the audiometric booth. As someone that works with kids, I can highly recommend her for this service!

Dr Tabet is completely unsatisfactory as a doctor. Did two appointments with him for dizziness, ringing in ears, and throat pain which I have been experiencing for 2 years now. At the first appointment he said he would do a scope for my throat and ear pains and did not perform them on my second appointment. Instead he sent me off to do hearing tests (I did not have hearing loss and charged me $90) and a Vertigo test in A different hospital which took me over half a year to get the appointment and complete. Très agréablement surpris, 2 visites, pas d’attente, les heures de rdv respectées, le personnel à l’accueil accueillant comme il se doit et le médecin rencontré très très compétent et efficace, doux dans ses interventions et très professionnel, franchement très bien. Si toutes les cliniques avaient ce professionnalisme, le public serait beaucoup mieux servi.

Excellent service, les audiologistes étaient très gentilles avec mon fils d'âge pré-scolaire. Il a particulièrement apprécié la piste de course! Nous avons reçu le rapport, parfaitement bien rédigé, très rapidement. Les tarifs sont un peu plus élevés qu'ailleurs, mais il est simple et rapide d'obtenir un rendez-vous.
