Waited for over an hour in the patient room for something that only took 5 minutes. This is insane to me! This is completely disrespectful of my time. If you can’t see me, don’t take the appointment! Such a greedy money hungry corporation that does everything to take your money, providing minimal and unacceptable services in return. Stay away from Polyclinic if you value your time, your health, and your savings.
Two hours and still waiting. Three people after me seen before me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Now "Optum Care." I have been going to Optum for over a year now and each provider that I've seen for various health concerns has been excellent.
If I could give this institution 0 stars I would. They screwed up every lab they were supposed to complete, gave me incorrect 'results' from those labs, and then charged me for the 'service'. When I raised concerns over their malpractice their system was like navigating a dead end maze. No one that could address my concerns was ever identified, no one ever reached out despite many calls that I made to their offices. Stay away from this parasitic group. Do not waste your time going here for care . The security guard working made a very very inappropriate comment and the receptionist was beyond rude and unhelpful . I was trying to avoid a trip to harbor view and this is my primary care .. admin workers at polyclinic should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat clients.
