This place assigns their apprentices to do detail oriented jobs such as timing belt replacement. I had to come back to get a cover reinstalled. This place asks you if you want your original parts back after service & don’t even give it to you when you let them know you wanted them. This place is also lazy & does not torque wheel lugs to spec. They use the impact gun which is unethical & again, lazy. I've been to polycare a few times and it's always been good service and I gained trust for them. I was told elsewhere my brakes needed changing so I took my car here trusting them. I was first there at 8am and was told the whole process of checking the brakes and changing them would be 1 hour 45 minutes so I went home. I called them about 3 hours later and was told 1 more hour. Polycare with reasonable pricing and an honest tech like Nick. You can't go wrong. Most people drive daily and have little knowledge of maintenance and are often overcharged. Nick cares about his reputation and will explain any issue for you. Always drive away with knowledge. Hidden off the main road.

Brian did 2 engine swaps on 2 different cars (2003 Galant & 2006 Civic) for me at reasonable prices years ago. Amazing work. Both cars still running to this day. I figured he deserves a kudos, at least!
