Ms. Lee is fantastic and the prices are too! She and her staff are always friendly (even to my 3 year old) and notice when I haven't been in a while. I moved both professionally and personally and it is completely out of my way to go to Poly, but it's worth it for the staff and the care they take with my clothes.

Poly Cleaners Unfair Policy – Dropped off a light green silk shirt to be cleaned. The shirt came back biege. The shirt cost me $80 and I wasn't looking to get anywhere near that as compensation. I was told the matter would be handeled within 5 days. I was given the run around for three weeks. I was offered $30 and was told that they would keep the shirt. I told them that I would see them in court. Beware if you go there, very unprofessional if something goes wrong.
