I bought 6 of the 5000 gallon (tall) tanks. I had two fail, split, within the first 90 days. I've had all of the original tanks replaced, plus one. Thirteen tanks I have installed. Poly-Mart brought me the 13th tank after twice unsuccessfully trying to repair a leak in one of the replacement tanks. I now have a leak in another tank. All of the failures have been at a molding point, i.e. where a flat or a gallon marker may have been casted in. I don't want a fourteenth Poly-Mart tank. Purchased a rainwater system from a company that installs Polymart tanks and had a warranty guaranteed for life but the flush tank cracked at the top, two times, now they are saying it was the installation that is the problem. Mr. Sean Bravo is saying that the flush tank needs to be two feet off of the ground and I was not told that in the beginning. Now that a new company has purchased them I am just out of luck and am stuck with a flush tank that has a crack in the top and no way to patch it because they don't make that ta... read more

We purchased a 250 gallon blue potable water tank from Poly Mart in 2018. Upon arrival, it leaked from the main connection and the upper small connection. The lower main valve was cracked from PolyMart over tightening it before shipping. They sent a replacement valve. We filled the tank with cold water and let sit it overnight. The taste and smell of the water by morning made it undrinkable. We alerted PolyMart about our problem. They said try rinsing it and refill. We dumped, re filled, waited but same outcome.
