I ordered 4 stackable blue Samson Carboys and 4 wide mouth 1 gal containers to store emergency water in. Not only did I get a very reasonable deal, but because they forgot to include an item, they ended up making me a very happy customer. Very responsive on communication and mailing items. If you are looking for water storage containers that will actually work without leaking, try the Tank Barn! Highly recommend!
Rarely have I ever experienced such inconvenience, lack of competence by staff and an unwillingness to be of help by management. I don't know how this place stays in business! I can get whatever I would ever need from these folks online without the hassle. Very disappointing experience to say the least.
Great customer service and I have never been disappointed with their products.
