Rarely have I ever experienced such inconvenience, lack of competence by staff and an unwillingness to be of help by management. I don't know how this place stays in business! I can get whatever I would ever need from these folks online without the hassle. Very disappointing experience to say the least.
Great customer service and I have never been disappointed with their products.
