Cheap Pay and scale – Today I have an interview with Poly for an Electrician position posted on the net. They called me and asked for an interview which I agree to, however on the net posting I put in my rate of pay I was asking for. So I went to the interview had to fill out another application in person (now why would we need to if you did one on the net and sent in your resume?) after filling out the paper work. Job searchers BEWARE!! – This has to be one of the worst places in the US to work. This is a privately owned company so basically they do what ever they want and get away with it. The management is a bunch of uneducated idiots that only know how to keep their job is to make it impossible for anyone else that works there. They write people up for things they did not do and they doctor the evidence so no one will know you didn't do the work.
