They were super friendly and helpful through every part of the application process and while we did not end up renting from them I would absolutely use them again if I was looking for a place. The staff was absolutely great. And because we found a place within a couple days of submitting our rental application to them they refunded our whole application fee! If that's not great service I don't know what is.
These people are honestly the last people in the world you’d want to rent from. Beth the owner has no sense of personal space at all. She continually entered my apartment without permission or 48 hours written notice. She has had my car towed from the rental parking space which cost 260.00 too get back after sitting there for less than 6 hours. She seems too think she is above the laws and she doesn’t care about anybody’s situations. She’s also judgmental with people who are trying to change there lives from a criminal past.... read more
