I retained Polston Tax to help me when I received a certified letter from the IRS in the mail. I had stopped filing my tax returns years ago and the IRS had never contacted me. When I took the letter to Polston Tax, they told me it was a final notice from the IRS and the IRS could levy my bank account 30 days after the date on the letter. Polston Tax filed for an appeal hearing, prepared all of my missing tax returns, and were able to set up an installment agreement to pay back some of what I owed.
