Charging after the fact. My company has been using Polsinello for years. We have never had problems until recently. We are a C.O.D. account that pays our delivery in full. We have been getting charged additional fees after we pay. The accountant said the first time or two that the driver forgets to put it down. Does the company do the right thing and eat their mistake?
