Went in for eye exam and ordered prescription sunglasses on Jan 16. Staff were professional and nice enough. But now I'm still waiting for the glasses. Last I heard was mid last week; they said their lab was 'trying to push it out to receive by the end of the week'. Well the week passed, they were closed on Sun and Mon for the long weekend, and here we are on Tue, Feb 18. I came to Dr. Polsinelli seeking a second opinion after going to an optometrist who wanted to charge me $10k-$12k for a year of vision therapy. He did a functional vision exam, clearly explained what the problem was and what could and couldn't help, including correcting the misinformation that glasses couldn't provide relief.
