My wife tried to return a jar of pickled herring that had gone off. The woman said they don’t sell that so my wife walked over and took the product off the shelf and showed her. She said they don’t use those price tags. My wife showed them both to her, same tags. She basically implied my wife was trying to scam them. Walked out and will never shop there again. This is not how you treat members of your community.
