About this business
Polish food evolved with the availability of the ingredients during hard winters. Root vegetables such as beets, parsnips, and carrots stored easily. Smoking and curing hams or Kielbasa was done as a necessity. Pierogi were created as a staple to feed hungry families with the simple ingredients of flour, water and potatoes. AMAZING !!! – Amazing food ... great staff .... and you will never walk out without left overs !!
Coming from a Polish community on Eastern Long Island it is great to find family owned restaurant that makes food that I have not had in years. I now have an outlet where I can order fresh Keilbasa and Bapka for my traditional Easter breakfast and Christmas cookies that mom use to make. This is a family owned restaurant that you will come back again and again. My husband and I heard about this little place from a friend and it is absolutely wonderful. Coming from a small town in New York, I love the small Mom and Pop restaurants. In Florida, there are so many chains that I always try and seek out the family owned businesses.
