Had a maintenance emergency on a Saturday evening and Hope responded. I felt bad about calling her out after hours but she was so gracious and patiently explained what the issue really was. She came prepared and was quickly able to fix my A/C leak. She is ALWAYS such a pleasure to work with! The maintenance team here is AWESOME! I find it incredible that I placed an order since my bathroom is clogged, since last Monday and still no one has come, another thing is, I am paying for my apartment, PRIVACY, whoever enters has to send me an email or call, these apartments are already in decline
Well it's slowly on a decline, supposed to be a gated community but the gate is never closed so if someone decides to break into vehicles their is no sense of security. As for maintenance it used to be spot on now it's a hurry up and wait to get repairs done. For the money that is being spent the service doesn't add up to the cost
