Terrible, Horrible place to live.... sooooo many crawlers (roaches) both in and outside the apartment. You can see it everywhere even in kitchen drawers, cupboards, while walking outside the building!!! ughhh!!!! Ewww!!!! The office people..... same. Do yourself a favor... Go somewhere else!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Polos is a terrible place to live. When I lived here the apartment was filled with bedbugs and cockroaches which then infected our furniture. We later had to throw our $5,000+ furniture away and buy new ones. We requested people from polos to come and service our apartment (as they are required to) and they did not come until we called for the 6th time. Terrible place to live. We have a water leak..the office has been closed for 3 days and the emergency after hours number wasn't taking incoming calls. So the water is still leaking and there is no one to call. Hope they don't think I'm paying this water bill.
