Be sure to throughly check their work. I was charged for a new part when all they did was repair original. When approached with this issue owner and his son became abusive.

If I could leave a higher rating I would. Everyone I dealt with over a short period of needing two vehicles repaired were fantastic. Very kind, professional and accommodating. The work they did looks amazing you'd have no idea I'd damaged either of the vehicles. I was guided to polo by my insurer and hopefully going forward I won't need their services but can't recommend them enough. I recently had to get my mother's car repaired for her as she hasn't been able to drive for a while after surgery. As per her request I got a few separate quotes and Polo was easily the cheapest by far. In one case nearly $1500 cheaper. Just goes to show it pays to shop around. Polo did a great job and always kept me informed. The staff in reception were very warm and friendly , the car looked great, and was spotless inside after. Thanks Polo. I will definitely be recommending you in the future.
