applied & they told me i didn’t make enough & i make 22 a hour almost 23 for a 1 bedroom that was 980 , sent a email jus to say i was approved & when i called i was told some other bs.
If you want your vehicles stolen or broken into ( tow trucks come most nights between 1am and 3am taking tenants vehicles). Move here. If you want to be uncomfortable because of squatters. Move here. If you want a rent increase every year. Move here.
I think a lot of these bad reviews are people who got evicted for various violations. This is a great place to live. The community itself is extreme quiet, people mind their own business, and it’s close to just about everything. The office people are nice and responsive. We haven’t had hardly any maintenance requests except when our ac compressor went out during a hot spell in the summer, but they were out here and fixed it the same day.
