100% disagree with previous reviewer!! Doc James is amazing!!! I've been going to Dr. James since 1991. I love his clinic, it's such a family oriented business. However, I am confused about the previous review. When 'Katherine' worked there, I think thats her name? I stopped coming to his clinic. She was always rude and unprofessional to me and my animals. Polo Road Animal Hospital is the BEST Happy holidays to all. I always had a good experience when going to this clinic with my dogs, they very respectful, help me with all my questions. I highly recommend them, Prices are affordable. Thank you for all your help
Polo Road Animal Hospital is awesome. Have been going to Dr. James for nearly a decade. He has added another vet to his practice, a woman whose name I cannot remember now, but she is EXCELLENT. The girls up front are extremely helpful and personable, His hours are fantastic, he doesn't charge an arm and a leg (sometimes I honestly wonder how he stays in business--all four of my cats had bad upper respiratory infections and for the exams and medication I only ended up spending about $100 TOTAL). Amazing Everything!!! I have been going to Doc James for years, he has never let me down. I love everything about his practice!! I love the girls at the front desk, they are very nice and extremely helpful!! I recommend Doc to everyone with an animal!! Best prices ever, friendliest staff, amazing everything!! We have gone to Dr. James for over 20 years he's the best. Dr. James has taken care of our dogs and cats for over 20 years and is the kindest most honorable Vet I have ever met. Dr. James is great with kids who accompany the animal on a visit, he always considered the family's ability to care for the animals and never took advantage of us when we were in a difficult emotional place about a terminally ill or elderly animal. New Patient Experience The office location is very close to our home and I had heard nothing but great things about this Vet, two reasons we decided to try him out. First impressions were extremely unsatisfactory. The young girls answering the phones and working the front desk are down right rude and need a few courses in good customer service and care. Excellent Care For All Pets We have been seeing Dr. James for almost eight years now and I would not trust anyone other than this TOP DOC!!! Dr. James is amazing and truly cares about the pets we have taken to him for care. Recently our 6 month old German Shepherd injured her rear hind paw and Dr. James was able to do surgery and save her paw, so she would not lose it. Our family would absolutely be lost without him. The prices are reasonable and we recommend this Vet. 100 percent!!!
