Highly recommend Polo Park Realty and Bob Harder for their service and professionalism. We had unique circumstances in selling a home for a relative. Bob worked to co-ordinate all aspects. We had many offers in 4 days and Bob carefully reviewed them with us to select the right buyer. We closed in about 4 weeks. Just a pleasure to work with, thank you.
I don’t usually give reviews but I felt I needed to when it came to the experience we had with Polo Park Realty. We were in a contract for 6 months with them. We hired Dottie Billi. The day after we signed she took photos with her cell phone. The photos were blurry and distorted and did absolutely no justice to our home.
