Charlotte, who works in the office, ensures that there are plenty of activities and events for residents to enjoy. She’s kind, understanding, patient, and works closely with you to resolve any issues you may have.
The staff here at Polo Lakes is always on top of it. The maintenance staff is diligent at getting to your needs and fixing your issues. The ladies in the office are top notch and are extremely helpful. Shout out to Charlotte and the staff.
Charlotte and Bonnie are amazing from the time I got here, They have been so tentative to any questions or Needs I may have. I would highly recommend Polo Lakes as your next home to live. It’s amazing for families, Safe environments For The Kids, and maintenance responds quickly. Mel has personally helped me with a lot of repairs. I can’t thank him enough. He’s one of the real MVP’s amongst others.
