I've now been a resident at Polo Lakes for a little over one week. From the earliest stage of the leasing process, Polo's Management worked with me to the fullest extent that one can reasonably expect, having gone above and beyond what I would consider necessary to ensure an altogether smooth and pleasant transition from my previous residence. Do NOT live here - avoid - without a doubt worst apartment complex in wellington. HORRIFIC, HORRIFIC management, unsafe community, packages will be stolen off your front door. Smells like weed 24/7. Management is horrific, will never respond to any problem you have. Maintenance is useless, Do NOT live here - signing a lease was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made. AVOID
Awesome awesome! I love this community and the maintenance team. I always get Mel & he does a fantastic job always go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done. I would always recommend to get him for my apartment corrections :)
Thank you to the entire maintenance team at Polo Lakes for always being fast, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Mel and Carlos especially are top-rated. They consistently provide outstanding service and make every maintenance request a smooth experience. Truly appreciate all that you do!
Nothing at Polo lakes surprise me. I have never lived in a place as beautiful and safe it is. Everyone at Polo lakes is helpful. Than there is a really is helpful !! A special thank you to Mel. Mel came by today to bring me a piece for my refrigerator. Not only do we love and trust Carlos and Mel. My dogs love them both . It’s always a pleasure when we see Carlos and Mel.
