My experience with this place was heartbreaking and incredibly disappointing. My mother passed away here, and during one of the most painful times of my life, I expected compassion, honesty, and professionalism. We were told by Jake to leave and that everything would be okay. Based on those assurances, we trusted the situation was being handled appropriately. Polo Lakes is an excellent place to live. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and offers great shopping options. Charlotte, who works in the office, ensures that there are plenty of activities and events for residents to enjoy. She’s kind, understanding, patient, and works closely with you to resolve any issues you may have.
The staff here at Polo Lakes is always on top of it. The maintenance staff is diligent at getting to your needs and fixing your issues. The ladies in the office are top notch and are extremely helpful. Shout out to Charlotte and the staff.
