Great place!
Charlotte B is absolutely spectacular! I had many issues my first month of residency here and Charlotte always took care of my requests and me. She’s so professional and efficient, she’s a great asset for this community.
I have been a tenet with polo lakes over a year and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Recently I have emailed 3 times and called the office to try to resolve a problem and nobody calls or emails me back. I rarely leave reviews but I cannot let this pass I have moved out and gave the apt up to other tenants and gave up my security that is how bad I want to get away from that place do not waste your time. There are other places who actually care.
This place is a scam. Constant late fees even when you pay on time, their system is broken, management doesn’t care, and the gym is trash. Everything about this community sucks — avoid at all costs.
